About

Hi, I’m Ang! Born and raised on the south shore of Massachusetts. New England is definitely a part of who I am. It is a place where one can experience the beauty and chaos of all 4 seasons. It makes and molds the most serious of DIY’ers for sure!

Now I'm exploring the beauty of the North Georgia and loving every minute!

Growing up in the woods, and on a farm brought out the best in me, for sure. Learning to live in harmony with the land, is, and always will be a strong, passionate part of who I am. I learned how to forage for food, make wholesome food, raise and appreciate an animal as food, and so much more. Learning skills along the way, like how to be crafty and build things the right way but yet always letting the creative side shine through...there is a lot to be learned from failure or just doing things a little different. "Happy little accidents" as Bob Ross would say right?

What are we going to learn here?

Well, the term “Many Roots” came to me mostly because of my obsession with trees. Roots are part of my business logo and I’ll tell you why…

As a garden consultant and a “jack-of-all-trades” kinda gal, there have been times I've entertained the notion of specializing in just one area, but the truth is that I'm drawn to many different things.  While I have a fondness for woodworking, it doesn't define me completely. Instead, I see myself like a tree, with many roots that provide nourishment and help me grow stronger. Sort of an “AH HA” moment right? Every year, I continue to learn new things while tending to my garden and helping others with theirs. As an artist, I delight in using my hands to create and find joy in a variety of endeavors.

My goals here are to:

-help you learn how simple and amazing it is to grow and harvest your own food.

-help you learn how to make medicine from the earth all around you.

-help people get back to being tool makers, work with your hands. (It's fun too!)

-teach people how to back to basics

So let’s learn many things together! Feel free to contact me
